1. Introduction
Welcome to EduBridge.
EduBridge is a digital Portfolio of Evidence, assessment readiness and trainee support platform operated by ABNO Softwares International Ltd.
EduBridge helps trainees capture, upload, organize and manage evidence such as photos, videos, documents, assessment records and related files. It also enables institutions, trainers, assessors and authorized reviewers to support digital PoE readiness, assessment registration workflows, review, reporting and verification processes.
By creating an account, activating a profile, subscribing to a plan, uploading evidence, activating an institution workspace, or using any EduBridge service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use EduBridge.
2. Key Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
EduBridge means the digital platform, website, mobile application, portals, tools, services and related systems operated by ABNO Softwares International Ltd.
ABNO, we, us or our means ABNO Softwares International Ltd.
User, you or your means any person or organization using EduBridge, including trainees, institution users, trainers, assessors, partners, administrators and authorized reviewers.
Trainee means a student, learner, candidate or person using EduBridge to activate a profile, check registered units, upload evidence, manage PoEs, register for assessment where enabled, or track assessment readiness.
Institution means an assessment center, college, TVET institution, university, QAI, QAB, training provider or other organization using EduBridge.
Assessment Center means an institution or center recognized for purposes of trainee assessment, including TVET CDACC Assessment Centers where applicable.
QAI / QAB means a Qualification Awarding Institution or Qualification Awarding Body that assesses programmes under applicable education, training or qualification frameworks.
PoE means Portfolio of Evidence, including digital photos, videos, documents, forms, logs, attachments and other evidence uploaded or managed through EduBridge.
CBET Master means ABNO's assessment workflow platform used where applicable for QAI/QAB assessment, verification, moderation, reporting and certification support.
Assessment Pathway means the route through which a trainee's programme, evidence or assessment workflow is reviewed, including TVET CDACC-assessed programmes, QAB/QAI-assessed programmes or CBET Master-supported workflows.
Subscription means a paid EduBridge plan purchased by a trainee or on behalf of a trainee to access PoE upload, storage and related services.
3. What EduBridge Provides
EduBridge may provide some or all of the following services:
1.
Trainee profile activation.
2.
Checking registered assessment units.
3.
Digital PoE upload and storage.
4.
Photo, video and document evidence management.
5.
Trainer, assessor and institution review workflows.
6.
Assessment readiness tracking.
7.
Institution dashboards and reports.
8.
Assessment registration workflows where enabled.
9.
Unit selection and approval workflows where enabled.
10.
Integration support with TVET CDACC systems, CBET Master or other approved assessment systems.
11.
Industry training, teaching practice or logbook modules where separately enabled.
12.
Partner, ambassador or onboarding support workflows.
13.
Notifications, reminders, support tools and audit logs.
EduBridge may evolve over time. We may add, improve, modify or remove features to improve compliance, security, performance, usability or assessment readiness.
4. Who May Use EduBridge
EduBridge may be used by:
1.
Trainees and students.
2.
Institutions and Assessment Centers.
3.
Trainers, assessors, verifiers and moderators.
4.
Registrars, HODs, ICT officers, finance officers and institution administrators.
5.
QAI/QAB users where configured.
6.
EduBridge partners and ambassadors.
7.
ABNO support and administrative teams.
8.
Other authorized users approved by ABNO or the relevant institution.
Users must provide accurate information and must use EduBridge only for lawful, authorized and education-related purposes.
5. Trainee Accounts
A trainee may be required to activate their EduBridge profile using details such as:
1.
Assessment Center.
2.
Admission number.
3.
National ID, passport number or birth certificate number.
4.
Phone number.
5.
Email address, where applicable.
6.
Programme or assessment pathway details.
7.
Other information required for identity matching, account setup or assessment readiness.
You must not activate, claim or access another person's profile.
If you believe a profile has been wrongly matched or activated, you must report the issue immediately through EduBridge support or your institution.
6. Institution Workspaces
Institutions may activate or be granted access to an EduBridge workspace.
The institution workspace may allow authorized institution users to:
1.
Monitor trainee activation.
2.
Add trainers, assessors and institution users.
3.
Review trainee readiness.
4.
Track PoE upload progress.
5.
Manage assessment registration workflows where enabled.
6.
Access dashboards, reports and audit records.
7.
Support trainees with onboarding and readiness.
8.
Submit or route approved records through the relevant assessment pathway where configured.
The first institution administrator must be duly authorized by the institution to activate and manage the workspace.
ABNO may require verification through official institution email, approved institution records, TVET CDACC records, QAB/QAI confirmation or other verification steps.
7. QAI / QAB and CBET Master Onboarding
QAI/QAB institutions and institutions running QAB-assessed programmes may require guided onboarding before full EduBridge and CBET Master use.
QAI/QAB setup may include:
1.
Programme configuration.
2.
Candidate or trainee mapping.
3.
Assessor, verifier and moderator roles.
4.
Assessment workflow setup.
5.
Reporting rules.
6.
CBET Master tenant setup.
7.
Data migration or integration.
8.
Training and onboarding.
9.
Formal agreements, MoUs or service terms where applicable.
QAI/QAB users should not assume that public institution self-activation automatically creates a CBET Master tenant or authorizes QAB assessment workflows.
8. Assessment Registration and Unit Selection
EduBridge may allow trainees to check registered units and, where enabled, register for assessment by selecting an open assessment series and eligible units.
Assessment Registration may include:
1.
Selecting assessment series.
2.
Selecting eligible units.
3.
Selecting registration type.
4.
Submitting for trainer, HOD, finance or registrar review.
5.
Tracking approval status.
6.
Routing approved records to the appropriate assessment destination.
Assessment Registration availability depends on institution configuration, assessment body rules, programme mapping, deadlines, payment policies and system readiness.
EduBridge does not guarantee that a trainee will be accepted for assessment merely because they submit a registration request. Final approval may depend on institution rules, payment clearance, programme eligibility, assessment body requirements and applicable deadlines.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
Trainees may be required to subscribe to an EduBridge plan to unlock PoE upload, storage and related features.
EduBridge plans may include different storage limits, features and prices.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are paid annually.
Institutions may choose to sponsor trainees or enter a separate payment arrangement with ABNO, but under the standard model, trainees pay directly for their personal PoE workspace.
All payments must be made only through official EduBridge payment channels.
You must not pay cash to ambassadors, institution staff, trainers, partners or any person claiming to collect money on behalf of EduBridge unless the payment method is officially provided by EduBridge.
EduBridge staff, partners, ambassadors or support agents will never ask for your OTP, password or M-Pesa PIN.
10. Pricing Changes
EduBridge may update pricing, storage limits, plan names or features from time to time.
Where pricing changes affect an active paid subscription, the existing paid term will normally continue until expiry, unless otherwise communicated.
New or renewed subscriptions may be charged at the current published rate at the time of payment.
11. Refunds, Failed Payments and Duplicate Payments
EduBridge may review refund requests for:
1.
Duplicate payments.
2.
Failed transactions where payment was deducted but service was not activated.
3.
Wrong plan activation caused by a verified system error.
4.
Other exceptional cases approved by ABNO.
Refunds are not automatic once a subscription is successfully activated and storage or PoE services have been made available.
Refund requests must be submitted through official EduBridge support with proof of payment.
ABNO may verify payment records before approving any refund, reversal or account correction.
12. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
1.
Provide accurate information.
2.
Keep your login details secure.
3.
Use your own account only.
4.
Upload lawful and relevant educational evidence.
5.
Respect institution, trainer, assessor and assessment body rules.
6.
Use EduBridge only for authorized education, assessment and portfolio purposes.
7.
Report errors, wrong profile matches or unauthorized access immediately.
8.
Follow payment and security instructions.
9.
Avoid sharing OTPs, passwords or sensitive account information.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
1.
Claim another person's EduBridge profile.
2.
Upload false, misleading or fraudulent evidence.
3.
Upload content that belongs to someone else without authorization.
4.
Share another user's private information.
5.
Attempt to bypass payment, storage or access controls.
6.
Interfere with system security or availability.
7.
Attempt unauthorized access to institution, trainee, trainer, assessor or admin accounts.
8.
Misrepresent yourself as EduBridge, ABNO, TVET CDACC, a QAB, QAI or institution official.
9.
Collect payments on behalf of EduBridge without written authorization.
10.
Ask any trainee for OTPs, passwords or M-Pesa PINs.
11.
Use EduBridge for harassment, fraud, impersonation or unlawful activity.
12.
Upload malware, harmful files or content that may damage systems.
Violation of these Terms may lead to suspension, termination, reporting to the institution, reporting to an assessment body, or legal action where necessary.
14. Content and Evidence Uploaded by Users
You retain ownership of evidence and content you upload to EduBridge, subject to the rights required for EduBridge to operate the service.
By uploading content, you grant ABNO a limited right to store, process, display, transmit, organize, back up and share the content only as necessary to provide EduBridge services, support assessment readiness, enable review workflows, comply with applicable requirements and provide support.
You confirm that:
1.
You have the right to upload the content.
2.
The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
3.
The content does not violate another person's rights.
4.
The content is relevant to your education, training, assessment, PoE, logbook or related activity.
15. Trainer, Assessor and Institution Review
EduBridge may allow trainers, assessors, institution users and authorized reviewers to view, comment on, approve, return or verify submitted evidence.
A review, comment, approval or readiness status in EduBridge does not guarantee final assessment success, certification or award.
Final assessment decisions remain subject to the relevant assessment body, institution, QAI, QAB, TVET CDACC, assessor, verifier, moderator or applicable authority.
16. Assessment Outcomes and Certification
EduBridge supports evidence organization, assessment readiness, review workflows and submission support.
EduBridge does not guarantee:
1.
Passing an assessment.
2.
Competency determination.
3.
Certification.
4.
Graduation.
5.
Employment.
6.
Recognition by an employer or third party.
7.
Acceptance of evidence if it does not meet applicable assessment requirements.
Users remain responsible for meeting programme, assessment, institutional and regulatory requirements.
17. Data Processing and Privacy
EduBridge processes personal data, institution data, assessment data, uploaded evidence, logs and system records to provide services.
Data may be processed for:
1.
Account creation and authentication.
2.
Profile activation.
3.
Trainee and institution matching.
4.
PoE upload, storage and organization.
5.
Assessment readiness tracking.
6.
Trainer, assessor and institution review.
7.
Assessment registration workflows.
8.
Payment processing.
9.
Support and issue resolution.
10.
Reporting and audit trails.
11.
Integration with approved systems.
12.
Security, fraud prevention and compliance.
Use of EduBridge is also governed by the EduBridge Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement.
18. Data Sharing
EduBridge may share relevant data with authorized parties only where necessary for platform use, assessment readiness, institutional support, compliance or service delivery.
This may include sharing with:
1.
The trainee's institution or Assessment Center.
2.
Authorized trainers and assessors.
3.
HODs, registrars, finance officers or institution administrators.
4.
QAI/QAB users where configured.
5.
TVET CDACC or other assessment bodies where applicable.
6.
CBET Master where applicable.
7.
Payment processors and communication service providers.
8.
ABNO support and technical teams.
9.
Other authorized parties required for service delivery or compliance.
EduBridge does not sell trainee personal data to advertisers.
19. Security
ABNO applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect EduBridge systems and user data.
Security measures may include:
1.
User authentication.
2.
OTP verification.
3.
Password protection.
4.
Role-based access controls.
5.
Audit logs.
6.
Encrypted transmission where applicable.
7.
Backups and monitoring.
8.
Access restrictions for sensitive data.
Users must also protect their accounts by using strong passwords, keeping OTPs private and reporting suspicious activity.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. ABNO will take reasonable steps to protect EduBridge but cannot guarantee absolute security against all risks.
20. Audit Logs
EduBridge may keep audit logs showing actions such as:
1.
Login and account activity.
2.
Profile activation.
3.
Evidence upload.
4.
Review and approval actions.
5.
Registration submissions.
6.
Payment or clearance events.
7.
Institution setup actions.
8.
User management changes.
9.
Data corrections.
10.
Support overrides.
11.
Integration submissions.
Audit logs may include user identifiers, timestamps, IP addresses, device details, action details and status changes.
Audit logs may be retained for compliance, security, support and dispute resolution purposes.
21. Institution User Authorization
Institution administrators are responsible for ensuring that users added to an institution workspace are authorized to perform their assigned roles.
Institution users must not add unauthorized trainers, assessors, finance officers, focal persons, reviewers or administrators.
Institutions are responsible for promptly removing users who leave the institution, change roles or no longer require access.
22. Partners, Ambassadors and Activation Support
EduBridge may use partners, ambassadors, institution champions or field teams to support awareness, activation and onboarding.
Partners and ambassadors must only use official EduBridge materials, links and instructions.
Partners and ambassadors must not:
1.
Collect cash from trainees.
2.
Promise assessment success.
3.
Ask for OTPs, passwords or M-Pesa PINs.
4.
Misrepresent themselves as TVET CDACC, QAB, QAI or institution officials.
5.
Create accounts on behalf of trainees without authorization.
6.
Issue unofficial payment instructions.
Any user who receives suspicious instructions should report them to EduBridge Support.
23. Communications and Notifications
By using EduBridge, you agree to receive service-related communications through channels such as:
Communications may include OTPs, activation messages, payment confirmations, reminders, registration updates, review notifications, support messages and readiness alerts.
You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications where applicable, but essential service messages may still be sent.
24. Storage Limits and Account Usage
Each subscription plan may include a storage limit.
If you reach your storage limit, EduBridge may restrict additional uploads until you upgrade, delete unnecessary files where permitted, or renew/adjust your plan.
ABNO may set technical limits to protect performance, security and fair use.
Uploaded files must be relevant to the intended educational, PoE, assessment, logbook or portfolio purpose.
25. Availability and Maintenance
ABNO aims to keep EduBridge available and reliable.
However, access may be interrupted due to:
1.
Maintenance.
2.
Updates.
3.
Network issues.
4.
Third-party service downtime.
5.
Payment provider downtime.
6.
Assessment body system downtime.
7.
Security incidents.
8.
Force majeure events.
ABNO is not liable for temporary interruptions, but will take reasonable steps to restore service.
26. Third-Party Services and Integrations
EduBridge may integrate with third-party or external systems, including payment processors, SMS providers, email providers, cloud services, institution systems, TVET CDACC systems, CBET Master and ERP systems such as ABNO Unisol or Intellimis where configured.
ABNO is not responsible for failures caused by third-party systems outside its control, but may provide reasonable support to investigate and resolve issues.
27. Intellectual Property
EduBridge, including its software, workflows, designs, branding, documentation, databases, interfaces, reports, configurations and related materials, is owned by ABNO Softwares International Ltd or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use EduBridge for authorized purposes only.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, modify, reproduce or commercially exploit EduBridge without written permission from ABNO.
28. Account Suspension or Termination
ABNO may suspend or terminate access where:
1.
A user violates these Terms.
2.
A user attempts unauthorized access.
3.
A user uploads fraudulent or unlawful content.
4.
Payment is reversed, fraudulent or unpaid.
5.
The account is involved in suspicious activity.
6.
An institution requests removal of a user.
7.
Required by law, assessment body, security or compliance reasons.
8.
Continued access may harm EduBridge, users, institutions or ABNO.
Where appropriate, ABNO may notify the affected user or institution and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
29. Data Retention After Account Closure
After account closure, subscription expiry or termination, ABNO may retain certain data for a period necessary for:
Trainee evidence may be retained, restricted, archived or deleted according to applicable policies, subscription status, institution requirements and legal obligations.
30. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABNO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use or inability to use EduBridge.
ABNO is not responsible for:
1.
Assessment failure or non-certification.
2.
Incorrect information supplied by users or institutions.
3.
Delayed action by trainers, assessors, institutions or assessment bodies.
4.
Loss caused by user negligence, including sharing OTPs or passwords.
5.
Third-party downtime or payment provider failures.
6.
Unofficial payments made to individuals.
7.
Use of EduBridge outside authorized purposes.
8.
Evidence rejected because it does not meet assessment requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
31. User Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ABNO harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities or expenses arising from:
1.
Your misuse of EduBridge.
2.
Your violation of these Terms.
3.
Your upload of unlawful, false or unauthorized content.
4.
Your infringement of another person's rights.
5.
Your unauthorized collection of payments.
6.
Your misrepresentation of EduBridge, ABNO, an institution, TVET CDACC, QAB or QAI.
32. Changes to These Terms
ABNO may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms may be posted on the EduBridge website, app or portal.
Where changes are material, ABNO may notify users through email, SMS, in-app notice or institution communication.
Continued use of EduBridge after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
33. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
Any disputes shall first be handled through good-faith discussions between the parties.
Where not resolved, disputes may be referred to the competent courts or dispute resolution mechanisms in Kenya, unless another written agreement applies.

3.
You will use EduBridge lawfully and responsibly.
4.
You understand that EduBridge supports assessment readiness but does not guarantee assessment success or certification.
5.
You understand that payments must only be made through official EduBridge channels.
Short Consent Text for Trainee Activation
I have read and agree to EduBridge's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and I confirm that this profile belongs to me.
I agree to receive assessment, registration and PoE readiness updates through SMS, email or in-app notifications.
I consent to EduBridge sharing my activation, assessment registration and PoE readiness progress with my assessment center for support and reporting purposes.
I understand that EduBridge will never ask for my OTP, password or M-Pesa PIN, and that payments must be made only through official EduBridge channels.
Short Consent Text for Institution Workspace Activation
I confirm that I am an authorized representative of this assessment center and have authority to activate this EduBridge workspace.
I have read, understood and agree to the EduBridge Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
I acknowledge that actions performed on this platform are logged for audit, compliance and support purposes.
I consent to the processing of institution, user and trainee data for workspace provisioning, assessment registration, digital PoE readiness and related support services.
I confirm that trainers, assessors and institution users added to this workspace are duly authorized by the institution to perform their assigned roles.
I understand that all EduBridge-related payments must be made only through official EduBridge payment channels and not to individuals.
